One of the most common signs of ageing is a decline in physical abilities and sometimes an accompanying decline in cognitive abilities. Often illness, but also a lack of tasks and increasing comfort lead to ever greater inactivity. But health is closely linked to movement and physical activity. Health requires regular exercise and physical activity, which in turn lead to and maintain health.
